Student's Code Of Conduct

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Central Sector Scheme of Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. It provides opportunity to the student youth of 11th & 12th Class of schools at +2 Board level and student youth of Technical Institution, Graduate & Post Graduate at colleges and University level of India to take part in various government led community service activities & programmes.The sole aim of the NSS is to provide hands on experience to young students in delivering community service.

  1. They must treat teachers and other staff members of the college with respect and modesty.

  2. Loitering and making noise in the classroom, corridors, canteen and other common areas of the campus is strictly prohibited.

  3. Scribbling on the college walls or sticking posters are strictly prohibited.

  4. Boys are strictly forbidden to enter the Common Room for Girls and vice versa.

  5. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the campus.

  6. The Students must abide by the University rules regarding attendance and regularity.

  7. During Examinations, only examinees and authorised personnel are to enter the college campus to avoid untoward incidents and chaos.

  8. The Students should approach the relevant authorities such as Grievance Redressal Cell, Anti Ragging Cell in case of any problem. For general enquiry they should approach the Enquiry Section of the College.

  9. No Student should engage in any behaviour, directly or indirectly, that may disturb or harass another fellow student.

  10. Breach of College Discipline will invite strong disciplinary action.

  11. The Students should do their best to keep the campus clean and not scatter litter indiscriminately.

  12. Plucking of flowers is strictly forbidden. The students must respect the beauty and aesthetic aspect of the garden area and field. Likewise, any damage caused to the college assets will invite strong penal action.

  13. Student should participate actively in different outreach programmes organized by the N.S.S and N.C.C in extracurricular activities and in sports.

  14. 80% of the current value is to be recovered by the college library in case of any loss or damage of any book issued to a student by the college library.

  15. Wearing of identity card is mandatory within the college campus.
